General Counsel Services - providing ongoing General Counsel services to Netball NSW, GIANTS Netball and the NSW Swifts on a range of matters, including preparing and negotiating sponsorship, merchandise, licensing, venue hire, strategic partnership, government funding, hosting, participation, confidentiality and services agreements, advising on broadcast, ticketing, employment, intellectual property, privacy, disciplinary, constitutional and other corporate governance matters, lodging trade mark applications and managing Netball NSW’s intellectual property portfolio, advising on NetSetGO licence arrangements and advising on Netball NSW’s submission to the NSW Parliament Public Works Committee Inquiry into the Sydney Stadiums Strategy.

GIANTS Netball – advising Netball NSW on its successful bid for a second licence to participate in the inaugural Suncorp Super Netball competition, including advising on governance structures and potential partnership arrangements, preparing Netball NSW’s bid submission, reviewing and advising on various Suncorp Super Netball framework agreements and documents, including the Team Participation Agreement, the Collective Player Agreement, the Competition Rules, the Commercial Manual and the Event Operations Manual, presenting to Netball Australia on Netball NSW’s bid submission, and advising on Netball NSW’s strategic alliance with the GWS Giants AFL team to form the GIANTS Netball team.
