Suncorp Super Netball – advising on all legal aspects relevant to the establishment of the inaugural Suncorp Super Netball competition, including finalising Team Participation Agreements, preparing and negotiating the Collective Player Agreement and Standard Player Contracts with SSN teams and the Australian Netball Players’ Association, preparing competition rules, salary cap rules, commercial rules and various other rules and policy documents, including the pregnancy policy and compliance framework.
